Return and Refund Policy for Tetraite
At Tetraite, we stand by the quality of our apparel. Whether you are purchasing our daily essentials or our high-performance EMF-blocking technology, we want you to be satisfied with your gear.

1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Special Conditions for Silver-Infused EMF Apparel
Our EMF-shielding garments contain specialized metallic silver fibers. To maintain their technical integrity, the following strict requirements apply:
  • The "No-Wash" Rule: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any silver-infused clothing that has been washed or laundered.
  • Why? Silver fibers are highly sensitive to minerals and chemicals found in tap water and detergents. Washing causes immediate oxidation and tarnishing, which permanently degrades the garment's shielding effectiveness.
  • Mandatory Inspection: All returned EMF garments are rigorously inspected. Items found to be washed or oxidized are ineligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order for a different size or color of the same item. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and ship your replacement at no cost to you, provided the original item is unwashed and passes inspection.

7. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@tetraiteclothing.com.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Return Fee: For items returned for a refund, a flat fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your total to cover the cost of the return label and the specialized technical inspection.
  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original, unwashed condition.

9. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
